Book Discussion at Costick

October’s book is Nobody’s Fool by Richard Russo. This novel takes place in a small town in the northern reaches in the state of New York. In 1994 it was made into a movie starring Paul Newman, Bruce Willis, Jessica Tandy, and Melanie Griffith. It’s the story of an unconventional older man whose stubborn and good natured behavior affects the lives of many of the town’s citizens as well as his relationships with his son and grandson.
