Ernest Carl Fackler – Trees/ Water/ Light

Woodcut cut prints (utilizing a variety of techniques: single color, monotype, reduction, jigsaw, and hand painted) and watercolor paintings.

Mike Pendleton – Fire/ Ash/ Wood

An exploration of surfaces affects of woodfiring and raku on ceramics, primarily with vases and vessels that are 8-10 inches in diameter and 5-10 inches in height.

Ernest Fackler and Mike Pendleton are artists with the Farmington Hills Public Art Program, which was initiated in 2010 to enhance the renovated Farmington Hills City Hall and to offer employees, residents, and visitors a chance to experience and enjoy a wide range of art. Most of the artwork is available for sale and allows local artists to have exposure to a bigger client base.
