There is no shame in grief
This is a safe space to feel, emote, maybe even cry or roar out your frustration
Trust us, we have done a lot of work in the name and honor of grief, it is our honor to hold this space for you
Join Alicia Clark and Marj Wekwert for an afternoon of gentle release, remembrance, and renewal through Reiki, sound, and ceremony

Together we will:
Be held in a cocoon of Reiki energy and crystal sound
Light candles to honor loved ones and what has been lost
Practice simple, restorative breathing and somatic techniques to open the heart and body
Allow waves of emotion to move through sound vibrations, which invite in peace and stillness
This is a nurturing space to rest, reflect, and reconnect to the beauty still within you
No prior experience needed — only your open heart and willingness to receive
Bring your favorite blanket, journal, or sacred item for the altar if you feel called
We’ll close with grounding breaths to gently return to presence
