Meet Our Host
We are thrilled to host this event in partnership with Vanita Sanders, founder of Hekima Skin Care, a growing company dedicated to the unique skincare needs of mature, melanated women. Inspired by her own experiences with perimenopause, she developed the Ultimate Skin Renewal Body Butter in partnership with a local Black cosmetic chemist, focusing on nourishing ingredients like Ashwagandha. With a rich background in education and community building, Vanita empowers women through her products and support groups, fostering a network of resilience and beauty.
