Course 1:
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp and Grits with Garlic Sauteed Spinach and Roasted Tomatoes and Mini Muffuletta on Sliced Baguette
Course 2: Zydeco Salad
Romaine and Arugula with Fresh CARA CARA Oranges, Roasted Heirloom Beets, Candied Pecans, Figs, Pickled Onion, Sheep’s Milk Feta, and Honey Ginger Vinaigrette
Course 3: Jambalaya
Chicken, Sausage, and Seafood Jambalaya served with Sweet Cornbread, Local Honey Butter, and House Made Hot Pepper Jam
Course 4: Duck Confit
Classic Duck Leg Confit served on a Bed of Pommes Puree – A French Style Ultra-Creamy Mashed Potato, Roasted Vegetable Mélange, and Creole Tomato Gratin
