Medieval Tavern Feast and Revelry!
-Come join us for some of the finest offerings from taverns during the medieval times! Travel back with us in time 1000 years to explore historically accurate menu offerings from around the world as they would have so long ago! We will also be working with Farmington Brewing to craft some amazing historically accurate brews to feature as well! Ticket price includes a 5-course plated meal with each course paired with a 4 oz. beer/beverage and an additional pint of your choice to be enjoyed that evening or on a date in the future!

Menu:
1: Frumenty with Erbolate
Wheat berry porridge served with a type of crustless herbed quiche.
2: Forager Salad
Foraged wild greens including primrose, dandelion and other available mixed greens, edible flowers, mushrooms and vegetables served with a simple vinaigrette dressing.
3: Lamb Stew OR Cabbage Pottage
Meat or Vegetarian option, in medieval times the stew choice might have been between royalty and peasant! A thick simmering lamb stew or a hearty Cabbage soup served with crusty bread.
4: Stuffed Pork Loin, Apple Muse & Armored Turnips
A medieval preparation of roasted pork loin, apple muse is a side dish of apple puree, almond milk, honey & saffron with thinly sliced turnips layered with cheese and baked until bubbly and browned.
5: Payne Foundewe
A medieval preparation on bread pudding – Fried bread in grease, red wine, spices, raisins, and honey, ground together and baked, served with a sweet cream sauce, anise, coriander, and sugar.
