Starshine Circle – The Sweet Release at TRVFIT

We all carry stories that quietly make us smaller. On March 14, we lay them down. The first Starshine Circle is called The Sweet Release – a guided breathwork gathering where we identify the self-limiting beliefs running in the background, breathe through them, and consciously choose what stays.
