So incredibly excited that Chef owner Hajime Sato of Sozai Restaurant in Clawson has deservedly been awarded the James Beard Award – Best Chef Great Lakes!
Chef Sato has long been a great supporter of Oakland Community College and will again speak to anyone who wishes to join us for a fascinating, insightful, and interesting conversation regarding Sustainable Seafood on August 26th at Noon in J-293.

Please bring friends and questions for an eye-opening discussion.

Park in short term or faculty parking on the Orchard Lake side of campus (you can see in below link). Park then walk between M and G building and you will see J in front of you just to the left. Take the first door to J building (this is a stairwell) go downstairs and the classroom is just to your right when you exit (J-293).
