Sign up for one or for all!\nStudents will focus on the vocabulary of clay\, slab construction\, pinch pots\, surface texture\, clay impression and more. Your child will get their hands dirty and have loads of fun working on a special project that they will build and glaze before the end of class. Please note that pieces are not fired until after the class ends and may take up to three weeks before they are ready to be picked up. Families will be notified when work is ready. All supplies are included in the registration fee.

DESCRIPTION:Got a moth hole or worn elbows in your favorite sweater? Maybe that plain old cardigan just needs a little flair? In this workshop\, you’ll discover the art of needle felting—a fun and creative way to repair\, reinforce\, and revamp your wool or wool blend sweaters\, scarfs\, or mittens! We’ll cover both visible and invisible mending techniques that work on wool\, cashmere\, or any wool blends. You’ll get to experiment with a variety of colorful roving\, and we encourage you to bring in your own woolen items in need of repair or adornment for a personalized touch. Best of all\, you’ll head home with a needle felting kit and a handy take-home info guide—so you can keep patching and adorning long after the workshop ends. Let’s turn those worn-out items into wearable works of art!
