DESCRIPTION:It’s Halloween at Heritage Park! Dress up in your favorite costume and come enjoy a hayride\, s’mores\, crafts\, bouncers\, a creepy crawly creature display\, and a trick or treat trail. The event runs from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. When registering please select your hayride time\, which run every 15 minutes. Registration required for both adult and child. A paid adult must accompany children on Hayrides. Socks are required for the bouncers and can be purchases at the event. DESCRIPTION:Free Trunk or Treat and Concert Promise Spine-Tingling Fun\nMark your calendars for an afternoon of eerie delights and musical enchantment on Sunday\, Oct. 26 beginning at 3 p.m.\nSt. John Lutheran Church invites families\, friends and neighbors to a spirited Trunk or Treat celebration\, where parishioners and guests will transform their vehicles into festively themed stations and share treats with young trick-or-treaters.\nThe decorated Trunk or Treat path loops around the church\, with costumed volunteers and creatively adorned vehicles handing out treats. Additional chills and fun await in the gym\, which also serves as a backup venue in case of inclement weather. Costumes\, laughter and a touch of the mysterious are all part of the experience.\nThe free concert titled Music for a Spooky Time begins at 4:30 p.m. with Sean Michael Jackman\, St. John Music Director and Organist/Pianist. Joining him are acclaimed featured guest performers – soprano Amber Rogers and violinist Minkyung Lee. Jackman will guide listeners through a hauntingly beautiful program of classical masterpieces and theatrical favorites from stage and screen.\nCome for the treats\, stay for the music – this is a fun afternoon of chills you won’t want to miss! A free-will offering will be collected during intermission. Following the concert Spooky Treats and beverages will be served in the lobby. This event is free and open to all.
