SUMMARY:For the LOVE of the Backyard Bird Count
DESCRIPTION:Join Farmington Hills Nature Center staff and become a citizen scientist for a day! Learn about and participate in the Great Backyard Bird Count. You will explore the park and count bird species to aid conservation efforts. Bird Count will take place from 9:30am-11:00am. Farmington Hills staff will input all data collected during the count. Dress to be outdoors. Bring your own binoculars if you have a pair (limited pairs will be available). Bathrooms and warm up space available in the Nature Center. Trails are a mix of paved and gravel with some uneven terrain.
