SUMMARY:Soulful Gentle Yin Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Soulful yin yoga is a non yoga studio type classs.\nI am a teacher that enjoys connecting with our bodies. This yoga class is to tune in to our body\, see how it responds to the breath and movement and really use the breath to feel expansion in the body.\nThis class is suitable for people who are not overly flexible\, sometimes need a chair instead of a mat\, like to feel good in their body but not push it to the max\, and spend time getting to your body every week as a devotion not a chore.\nThis class is not about maximizing the pose or pushing past your limits.\nSoulful Yin Yoga is not always just yoga sometimes we do tai chi\, use the wall for restorative poses or tennis balls for our body.\nJoin us if you feel called to come back home to yourself every week.\n$15/class\nAlicia Clark is the instructor for Soulful Yin Yoga. She has been living the yoga life since 2010 and began teaching in 2018. She has tried all different styles of yoga. SUMMARY:Women’s Full Moon Cupping Circle at CenterPeace
DESCRIPTION:Presented by Ancient Elevation and Mindful Motion \n\nTickets: $75.00 \nThis gathering is for women who feel the pull to slow down. Not because something is wrong\, but because something within them is asking to be heard. \nUnder the full moon\, we gather in a softly lit\, intimate space to reconnect with the body and create room for release. The evening flows through candlelit yin yoga\, an immersive sound experience\, simple moon rituals\, and intentional bodywork using ancient techniques adapted for modern wellness. Cupping will be offered to support circulation and lymphatic flow\, and to release deeply held tension. Allowing the body to soften\, open\, and reset. \nThe March Blood Worm Moon\, amplified by a lunar eclipse\, carries potent energy for shedding what no longer belongs: old patterns\, stored tension\, and emotional weight held beneath the surface. April’s Pink Moon shifts the focus toward renewal and rebirth\, inviting balance\, openness\, and new energy to move through the body. Together\, these full moon gatherings offer space to release\, restore\, and reconnect on a deeper level. This is not about pushing\, fixing\, or becoming something else. It’s about coming back into your body fully present\, grounded\, and supported. \nIf you’re craving an experience that feels intentional\, feminine\, and deeply nourishing\, one that honors both the physical body and inner world….this space is for you. \n\n*Take the experience home with you. Face and body cupping kits\, Opalite Gua Sha stones\, dry brushes\, and creamsicle tallow balm will be available to support ongoing care and connection with your body. \n\n*Doors open at 6:45 p.m. ET. Please arrive a bit early to get settled. \n\nYour Hosts: \nAngela McBride\nAngela is a 200-hour RYT-certified yoga teacher and Reiki Level I practitioner whose work is shaped by lived experience\, intuition\, and a deep understanding of the nervous system. After walking through her own trauma and learning how to come back to herself piece by piece\, she now guides others in slowing down\, breathing deeper\, and reconnecting with the parts of themselves they’ve had to hold together for too long. Her classes weave stillness\, grounding\, and energy awareness in a way that feels real\, relatable\, and safe. Offering a space where people can release tension\, settle their system\, and exist without judgment. Angela’s approach is honest and heart-led\, rooted in the belief that you don’t have to be “healed” to show up. You just have to be willing to listen to your body and let it meet you where you are. \nFor more information on Angela visit her website here: https://www.mindfulmotionlifestyle.com/ \n\nGen\nAt Ancient Elevation\, my approach centers on using ancient techniques for modern wellness. I use traditional bodywork modalities practiced for centuries and tailor them to support each individual I work with. I specialize in cupping therapy\, Gua Sha (muscle scraping)\, lymphatic drainage\, body sculpting\, and cupping facials. These treatments help release muscle tension\, improve circulation\, support lymphatic flow\, reduce swelling\, and encourage the body’s natural detox and healing processes. Each session is tailored to your specific needs\, whether you’re seeking relief\, recovery\, or overall balance. \nFor more information on Gen visit her website here:\nhttps://ancientelevation.com/home

Her transformative journey into sound healing began in Arizona\, where she experienced the profound impact of a sound bath\, awakening her to the potential of sound vibrations for personal growth and healing. This pivotal moment was further enriched during her visit to Dharamshala\, the abode of His Holiness the Dalai Lama\, where she solidified her vision of creating a healing space centered around sound. \nDeepa is a certified sound healer and sylvotherapist who infuses authenticity and dedication into every aspect of her work. Her passion for sound healing is matched by her commitment to building genuine connections and transformative experiences for those she serves. Through Echoes of Serenity\, she conducts several theme-based sound bath sessions inspired by Japanese philosophies including Wabi Sabi\, Ikigai\, and Enso\, while her specialty lies in Mantra meditation. \nDeepa has pursued enhanced training programs in chakra alignment in Pokhara\, Nepal\, deepening her understanding of energy healing. In addition to sound healing\, she conducts forest therapy sessions\, bringing the restorative power of nature into her holistic healing practice. She is a voracious reader\, constantly seeking knowledge and ideas to integrate into her sound bath classes. This commitment to continuous learning ensures that her sessions are enriched with enlightening concepts\, offering participants a unique and profound journey into the world of sound healing. Deepa’s work reflects her love for meeting people\, learning from their experiences\, and building a strong\, supportive community through the transformative practices of sound and nature-based healing.
