DESCRIPTION:Step into the sanctuary of CenterPeace for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Yoga Nidra Meditation led by Vibrational Sound Master\, Reiki Master Teacher\, and Shamanic Practitioner/Educator\, Lisa Harthun. \n \nHeld monthly in a serene indoor space overlooking the garden\, this 75 minute gathering welcomes individuals\, couples\, and small groups to reconnect with the healing energies of nature through breath\, vibration\, and intention. \n \nLisa’s heart-centered Healing Flow method blends gentle breathwork\, guided imagery meditation\, Reiki\, and Shamanic energy clearing—supported by her live vocal tones and melodic voice transmission to soothe and uplift the energetic field. \n \nThe immersive soundscape features gong\, quartz crystal singing bowls\, Tibetan & Himalayan bowls\, bells\, tingsha\, shamanic drum\, and Solfeggio frequencies—designed to support expanded states of consciousness and inner balance. \n \nNo prior experience is needed.
