An intense mix of cardio kickboxing and ab work in the park. No equipment needed! While she welcomes clients of every age and gender\, her deepest expertise lies in coaching women over 40 — guiding them through the physical and hormonal shifts that demand a smarter\, more intentional approach to training. \nHer philosophy goes far beyond aesthetics. She teaches women how to train with intention\, preserve muscle\, and build strength that supports longevity\, independence\, and performance at every stage of life.
