The evening flows through candlelit yin yoga\, an immersive sound experience\, simple moon rituals\, and intentional bodywork using ancient techniques adapted for modern wellness. Cupping will be offered to support circulation and lymphatic flow\, and to release deeply held tension. Allowing the body to soften\, open\, and reset. \nThe March Blood Worm Moon\, amplified by a lunar eclipse\, carries potent energy for shedding what no longer belongs: old patterns\, stored tension\, and emotional weight held beneath the surface. April’s Pink Moon shifts the focus toward renewal and rebirth\, inviting balance\, openness\, and new energy to move through the body. Together\, these full moon gatherings offer space to release\, restore\, and reconnect on a deeper level. This is not about pushing\, fixing\, or becoming something else.
