Be immersed in the soothing sounds of therapeutic instruments such as rain stick\, Crystal Singing Bowls\, Tibetan Singing Bowls and other instrument’s rich harmonic frequencies.\nSwitch off\, feeling the stresses and strains of the day melting away as peace and harmony come singing back to you. Setting yourself up for a great weekend.\nHave yourself in comfortable clothes\, maybe a jumper\, a small scarf like a bandana to wrap around our weighted eye masks\, a blanket and cosy socks.
