Trainees will also have the opportunity to join the Volunteer Nature Guide team at the Nature Center. The training is designed for adults. Activities will take place indoors and outdoors. DESCRIPTION:Flameworking Flower Pendant Workshop\nAges: 14+\n$75 – Flower Pendant\nInstructor: Jason Clark \nYou will be introduced to the fascinating world of flameworking with a demonstration of the flame work process using borosilicate glass by our talented instructor. \nYou will then be walked through the process to make your own Flower Pendant with rods of glass and a torch. Items are approximately 1″-2″ in size. \nPieces will be placed in an annealing kiln and ready for pick-up the following day. \nNo experience necessary. All tools and material will be provided. Closed toe shoes recommended. \nSpace is limited to 5 students per session.
