Farmington Brewing Company (FBC) is celebrating a major milestone with its 10-Year Anniversary Tour. Over the past decade, FBC has evolved from a small craft brewery into a cherished spot in downtown Farmington, welcoming locals and visitors alike to gather, connect, and enjoy a range of carefully crafted beers.

November 7 – Mug Club Early Access Night
FBC Hours: 4–10 PM
Mug Club Members: Enjoy exclusive first tastes all day of our much-anticipated returning favorites: Raspberry Imperial Stout, Tin Man Barleywine, and Mt. Olympus DDHIIPA.
Brava Empanadas will be serving authentic Argentine empanadas, including:
– Beef – Premium ground beef with Spanish and green onions, green olives, hard-boiled eggs, and spices.
– Ham & Cheese – Ham with a blend of cheeses.
– Chicken Portuguese – Shredded chicken, red Portuguese salsa, carrots, onions, peppers, and spices.
– Spinach – Spinach with garlic, olive oil, béchamel sauce, mozzarella cheese, and spices.
– Mushroom – Caramelized onions with fresh mushrooms and mozzarella cheese.
– Humita – Whole kernel corn, Spanish and green onions, pumpkin, green and red peppers, and spices.
– Caprese – Tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil.
– Pulled Pork Potato – Slow-cooked pulled pork with diced potatoes, BBQ sauce, and a touch of hot sauce.
November 8 – Anniversary Kickoff
FBC Hours: 3–11 PM
3 PM: Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
5–9 PM: Pietrzyk Pierogi serves crowd favorites:
– THE O-G – Potatoes and cheese.
– The Ruskie – Farmer’s cheese, onion, and potato.
– Chef’s Choice – A mixed plate with four different flavors.
– Pierogi Taco – Smoked kielbasa, jalapeños, and sauerkraut.
November 9 – Homebrew Winner Announced!
11:30 AM at Bodhi Yoga: Join us for a special Stretch and Sip with a Slow Flow Yoga class, designed for all levels. After class, participants receive a token for your pint at FBC!

12–8 PM: Bahrbarian serves up a mouth-watering menu to fuel your celebration:
– Traditional Philly Cheesesteak – Savory, thinly-sliced ribeye grilled to perfection with caramelized onions and gooey melted provolone, all nestled in a fresh hoagie roll. It’s a Philly classic that’s every bit as delicious as it sounds.
– Chicken Philly – Tender strips of grilled chicken breast with caramelized onions and melted provolone, packed in a warm hoagie roll and bursting with rich flavor.
– Soft Pretzels with Beer Cheese – Warm, soft pretzels served with a creamy, house-made beer cheese that’s perfect for dipping -made with FBC beer! These pretzels are the ideal salty-smooth snack to pair with your favorite FBC brew.
– Decadent Brownies – Rich, chocolatey brownies that are soft, gooey, and satisfyingly sweet topped with a dollop of chocolate fudge. Finish your meal with this irresistible treat and celebrate with the perfect dessert!
November 10 – FBC Gives Back & Sunday Pub Trivia with Sporcle Events
FBC Hours: 12–9 PM
1–6:30 PM: Farmington Hills Firefighters serve pulled pork to support their local charity fund, with 50% of proceeds from our Rollover Red collaboration brew going to their cause.
6 & 7 PM: Pub Trivia with Sporcle Events, hosted by the infamous Robyn Sporcles! Compete for FBC gift certificates, plus special anniversary prizes to celebrate our 10 years! Free to play, so grab a pint and test your trivia skills with friends.
