DESCRIPTION:Do you love ice cream? \nDo you love supporting a treasured local small business? \nDo you love supporting free car light repair\, holiday toy collection and distribution\, and other community service events designed to make our community more welcoming to all? \nIf you answered YES to all of those questions\, you are in luck! Join us on Tuesday\, August 4\, at the Silver Dairy in Farmington (on Grand River Ave. between Farmington and Orchard Lake Rds.) all day between noon and 10 PM. As part of a special Tuesday edition of Silver Dairy’s Moolinda Mondays program\, 15% of your ENTIRE purchase that day will be donated to LEARN!!! No flyer or mention needed–though feel free to say LEARN sent you! \nLEARN volunteers will be on-site during part of the event to explain more about our work\, answer questions\, and hand out info and freebies! \nTell your neighbors! Tell your friends! Help support a worthy cause and enjoy a summer treat while doing it! Non-dairy and vegan Dole Whip is available! \nMany thanks to local business the Silver Dairy for supporting our local community in this way! The Silver Dairy has been a staple in Farmington for over 50 years. They believe in supporting those who support them. In addition to handing out hundreds of free cone coupons per year to South Farmington baseball\, Farmington Library’s summer reading program\, and local school year-end celebrations\, they also support charities/organizations through their Moolinda Monday program! Since 2021\, they have donated over $25\,000 to schools/charities/organizations.
