Radiant Women: A Mindful Journey to Wellness at Bodhi

Join Melissa Bila Regan, BSN, RN, for a transformative journey towards awareness and inner peace. Together we will explore the powerful connection between meditation, tapping, mindfulness and movement. Through a blend of guided meditation, tapping techniques, mindfulness and movement practices, participants will address areas of fear, stress and anxiety in their lives and learn to begin to cultivate balance and harmony in daily practice.

What you will experience:
Guided meditation sessions to calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness
Mindful guided journaling and reflection
Tapping techniques to release emotional blockages, overcome limiting beliefs and foster inner peace
Mindful movement practices to cultivate present moment awareness, release stressful thoughts and develop nurturing self compassion techniques
Group activities to foster connection, support and empowerment among women

Whether you are new to meditation and tapping or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers something for everyone.
Please wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing. Items to bring: A mat, journal and water bottle.
